We have access to your order history and email address, in case we need to contact you about your order. Delivery Conditions

All items are sent tracked and hermetically sealed. If any item is damaged during transit, we are happy to replace it.

Delivery Timings

We dispatch same day if order is received before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day.

• United Kingdom - Estimated delivery time 4-7 days
• European Union - Estimated delivery time 3-5 days
• USA - Estimated delivery time 7-10 days
• Rest of the World - Depends on Country, but normally no more than 2 weeks to distant destinations like New Zealand

Out of court dispute resolution methods

1. You have the right to use amicable resolution of consumer disputes. According to the Consumer Protection Act, a consumer has the right to out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute arising from a purchase contract. The entity authorized to carry out out-of-court resolution of a dispute is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority. More information is available on the website www.coi.cz.

3. Additionally, at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. a platform for an online dispute resolution system between consumers and entrepreneurs at EU level (ODR platform) is available. The ODR platform is an interactive and multilingual website with a single point of contact for consumers and entrepreneurs seeking out-of-court resolution of disputes arising from contractual obligations arising from an online purchase contract or service contract.

Order Cancellation

According to the law, the customer has the option to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us and we will arrange a refund.

If an item has already been dispatched and you wish to cancel the order, you must return the item to us unopened and unused, and we will process a refund.

Items opened or used cannot be refunded.

Customers cancelling orders already dispatched must return unopened and unused items by recorded post.

Refunds

All refunds are carried out by our payment processor, GP Webpay. We make any refunds according to the above terms and conditions as soon as we receive a returned unopened product, or instantly if an order is cancelled before dispatch. We endeavour to deal with any form of dispute efficiently and courteously, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. Refunds are guaranteed to your bank account in 2 weeks, but most normally reach your bank account within a week
